Don’t attend if you have any of the following symptoms
- a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
- a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

Our clinic is open 7 days a week, and our laboratory operates 24 hours a day. All opening times are available on the booking page.
01 Harley Street is required to report all test results & client data to Public Health England. We may be required to share your details with the Police if requested. By completing one of our tests you agree to your data being shared. 1 Harley Street will not sell or share your data with any 3rd parties.
Our clinic is very busy and as soon as you have made firm travel plans you should arrange your tests either Postal or In Clinic to avoid disappointment.
No, we cannot accept ‘Walk ins’ at our clinic, all appointments must be pre-booked.
You should receive your postal order within 48 hours of ordering it.

It is important to ensure all bookings are made using the name of the person who is to be tested.
All our home test kits are provided with a Royal Mail Tracked 24 returns label, these must be posted in a priority post box. You can find your nearest priority post box here.
With each kit you receive from 1 Harley Street you will receive a 1 Harley Street returns bag in which to send your sample back to us. This bag has a Royal Mail Tracked 24 label attached to it. If you keep a record of the Tracking Number under the Royal Mail barcode you can track the progress of your sample back to 1 Harley Street here.
Many customers take a picture of this label on their phone for future reference.
We ask all our clients not to arrive more than 5 minutes before their appointment to allow for social distancing. On arrival at the clinic, you will be asked to complete a test request card in full ensuring all details are correct, this will accompany your sample throughout the testing journey.
Once you have completed the check-in process a member of the nursing team will conduct your test.
Pre-Travel & Test to Release
Your sample will be sent to 1 Harley Street’s own laboratory, Circular 1 Health. You should anticipate your results to be provided within 24 hours of your appointment or from when your sample arrived at our laboratory.

Yes, you are allowed to leave your house to be tested but you must follow all guidelines relating to social distancing & the wearing of face coverings.

You must order this before you enter the UK. We recommend booking your test as soon as your travel plans are confirmed.

You must take a COVID-19 test on or before day 2 after you arrive.
Children aged 4 and under do not need to take this test.

You must quarantine if NHS Test & Trace informs you that you travelled to England with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

You must quarantine at home or in the place you are staying for 10 days.
Take a COVID-19 test on or before day 2 and on or after day 8.

A negative Test and Release result allows people to leave quarantine early. The test must be taken no sooner than a person’s 5th FULL day back in the UK.

In-person testing – Yes, before you take the test you need to submit information to Public Health England notifying them that you are taking the tests. 1 Harley Street will send you a questionnaire to capture this information. Your test results cannot be released without this.
Postal testing – No, you have completed all information required. Our team may however contact you to clarify some details if required.
